Congrats on your project, its perfect. I´m thinking of making a printing station like yours, but I still have many questions about materials and measurements. You showed that this is possible. Thanks .

Do you have the blueprint to build this please?
are there any plans for this build? i was wondering how do the screens register? thank you
No plans, sry. You register all plates to 1 pallet.
Can you send me the plan
How has this held up over the years?
Good question. Currently it is disassembled. It held up well except for the lazy Susan. They could not take the weight. I intend to replace the majority of the wood above the swivels with aluminum.
Hello sir. I need full dimension of the press and material that you used too.ASAP

Do you have the plans to build it. I would to try to make one.
Sir, by any chance is it possible to get pdf of this build tutorial, step by step instruction. please. that would be great.
Hello, how can il get it how much.
AWESOME BUILD BRUH!
Hi great video. Two questions for you, why did you change it from a 6 to 5 station? And if it is not to much to ask for can you email the photos or put them in a pdf to look at them closer, that would help to design mine?
It's still 6 station. Problems did develop. The top station piece is just too heavy. I just tore it down to replace as much wood with aluminum as possible. & the Lazy susans need to be industrial grade. I may make an updated video..
I will also reduce to 5 station..
Sir can I provide me dimension and other important thing to make press. Waiting for your reply
That is way cool ! Thank you for sharing :)

I misspelled a word, have to redo...
Hi can I know the detail on how to make it thanks 😊
hello sir. I really like your video. can help to build one also. where do I start. I appreciate your help. thank you
Start by purchasing or make the 18 inch circles and 2 lazy Susan. You need a heavy duty lazy Susan.
ok that will be very helpful thank you very much...
ok and once I do that, what's next?
I'll shoot you more material & measurement. The wooden arms (print arms) I have now should be replaced with aluminum. More accurate from station to station. I'm thinking about making some detailed plans.
The press really does work & has produced a lot of prints. When you start printing with more than 2 colors it gets really tricky. Replacing the print arms & adjustable guides with aluminum will fix that problem.
Hey bud, i recently made a small 4 color machine and im on the verge of updating to a larger 6 color press very similar to what you have going on here. And right after i purchased the 2x4s for the print arms i came to the same conclusion that maybe i should make them out of aluminum 2x4s. But im hesitant because aluminum is very thin and not as resistant in the horizontal way its laid versus its vertical position intended for framing. do you think it would handle the load? i was also thinking about doubling them as they only come in a channel frame and not a full square.
Try it with just the single aluminum 2x4s. Then if too much slop you can double or re-enforce from there. I have been so busy 3D printing jewelry molds, i've had no time for the screen printer, If you improve, please let me know, i'll follow.
Make the print arm guides using the same material if you can, but make sure you incorporate the adjustment screw. Also I plan to add adjustment screws to the print bed as well. As you know the real challenge is getting all 6 stations registered. 1 color prints are a breeze, with my flash dryer I can really kick them out.. I have made money with this.. You?
Hello there The Hiff..I been search and looking everyway to learn how to build a screen printing press...I would to know if you wouldn't mind helping me out.On what all I would need to build a screen printing press..It would really mean a lot and be a big help to me.Thanks!!
Sure, start out with 18 inch circles. Get your hands on 2 quality Lazy Susan . Everything it really started from that point.. I got my circles at Lowe's. I also got my Lazy Susans from there but wish I did not.. Too Flimsy!
how do you keep the screen locked in place when u lower it down
+Dirk Brougham There are adjustable guide arms that is located just before each of the print head on the stations themselves. They are 2 wooden pieces with an all thread going thru both. on the ends and in between are nuts so I can adjust independently. I intend to replace these parts with aluminum because too much variations develop. The print arms will also be replace with aluminum. If your printing just one color, No problems. Ive printed up to 3 colors on this press & registration can be a challenge.
You can still create complex 5 color prints just the way is is now on transfer sheets. You can just make 4 registration marks for each color. align & print the registration marks and just cut them off before transfer.
Do you have a list of parts?
found it!
I bought almost everything from Lowes, Let me know if you need any help.
Did you find a list of parts , or plans , dimensions?
wow great build!
Thanks
How did you make this, is there a way you can tell me or email me you plans on how you made it?
+Young Moe I made this without plans. I can tell you I've made a lot of shirts so far & it works great. If you would like to build one I will help you anyway I can. There are vids posted that show each stage in the construction.
Ok, thanks, I'll look threw your videos
Sorry, no Plans.. Get some of the materials & I'll walk you thru it.. No Plans but I have the prototype.
